Synopsis
In a war game against Riker's stripped-down Hathaway, Picard's Enterprise is hit by a real Ferengi attack led by Bractor. Data, shaken after losing Strategema to Kolrami, helps Picard fake the Hathaway's destruction to scare the Ferengi off, then forces Kolrami to a stalemate.

Captain's log, Stardate 42923.4. Despite misgivings, I have agreed to Starfleet's request that the Enterprise divert to the Braslota System, to take part in a war game exercise. Joining us as observer and mediator is the Zakdorn Master Strategist, Sirna Kolrami. [Observation lounge]
