Synopsis
Barzan's Premier Bhavani takes bids for a stable wormhole aboard the Enterprise. Negotiator Devinoni Ral, who is part Betazoid, romances Troi and uses empathy to win for the Chrysalians, staging a Ferengi missile threat. Troi exposes him. Geordi and Data find the wormhole worthless.
