Unification, part 2

Picard and Spock find that Proconsul Neral's reunification offer is a plot by Sela to send an invasion force to Vulcan in stolen Vulcan ships. They escape her, and Spock's warning reaches the Enterprise, which stops the ships. Spock stays on Romulus to help the underground movement.

• Follows Redemption (S04E26): Related rather than explicit: a Romulan woman backs the Duras sisters in Redemption; in Unification the Romulan Sela runs the plot against Vulcan.
• Follows Unification, part 1 (S05E07): Resolves the cliffhanger: Pardek's soldiers take Picard and Data, and Proconsul Neral's overture proves a Romulan plot to invade Vulcan, led by Sela.

First Officer's log, stardate 45245.8. The Enterprise remains at Qualor Two as we continue to investigate the theft of a surplus Vulcan ship. The trail has led us to the former wife of a deceased smuggler.

First Officer's log, supplemental. The Enterprise has reached Galorndon Core, near the border of the Neutral Zone.
