Synopsis
After an alien scan wipes the Enterprise crew's memories, damaged records tell them to destroy the Lysian Central Command. Picard refuses to fire on defenceless people; Commander MacDuff, revealed as a Satarran who manipulated them, is subdued.

Captain's log, stardate 45494.2. We're investigating a series of subspace signals that may indicate intelligent life in the Epsilon Silar System. We are within sensor range.
Captain's log, supplemental. We are on a course to Starbase three zero one. Doctor Crusher has been working steadily, and has restored the memories of most of the crew.
